I run logistics as a director sportif for a professional cycling team, which mostly meant a shared spreadsheet, a group chat, and being the one person who remembered the hotel booking reference.

I built RideUltimate to fix that for myself, and I still run my own team on it every race weekend — it's built specifically for the logistics of stage racing: rosters that change on selection day, travel that spans a whole squad, and staff who each need a different slice of the same information.

It's still evolving. Features get added because a team needed them on a real race weekend, and features get dropped when they turn out not to matter. It's not a finished product waiting for users — it exists because I use it, and it gets better because teams like yours do too.
